His field judging of ALL deer species is exceptional, and his knowledge of the animals, their habitats, and and all of the biology and science to back it up is astounding. Harry's field processing skills are incredible, from caping, quartering, and getting the animals out, to seeing that all antlers, capes, and skulls are crated and shipped properly.

With Harry as my guide, I harvested a 450" giant Red Stag, a 320" ancient Red Stag, and an Arapawa Ram of a lifetime. Above all of that I acquired a true friendship that will last a lifetime. I cannot wait for the next opportunity to hunt some more giants with NZ Antlers!!"

"Having known Harry for a number of years, this trip had been in the works for quite some time. From the moment we pulled the trigger and set the dates, Harry was professional, extremely knowledgeable and so hopefully with the preparation that went into the trip.

When I told Harry that my goal was to hunt Chamois and Tahr, on a 4 week road trip of New Zealand, he started to create a plan for us. This plan was meticulously detailed with the whole 4 weeks set out for me. Every hunting spot, campsite, DOC hut, hotel and pie shop was thought about. Unsurprisingly, with Harry’s experience and knowledge of the areas we hunted, I walked away with my first Chammy buck and bull Tahr. Harry’s professionalism and skill in his trade never disappoints. I came back to the UK with a perfectly cleaned euro mount Chamois and Tahr and an expertly caped, turned and salted Tahr skin ready for the taxidermist.

The trip was the perfect balance of hard hunting in the mountains and enjoying time with my mates in a beautiful country. We were kept entertained between hunts and explored a lot of what the South Island had to offer (mostly in the shape of pies). But most importantly it was perfectly tailored to my abilities and goals.

"I was lucky enough to book Harry for two guided hunts during my visit to New Zealand. Chamois and Tahr. Both hunts were very successful.

Most people dream daily of doing their passion for a living. Harry is of a rare breed that lives this dream.

His constant hard work to deliver for us as clients was astounding and he demonstrated amazing knowledge, not only of the land and wildlife but of history and conservation too.

During the day his pack was always the heaviest and in the evenings after jokes and stories around the campfire, he studied maps and planned our route for the next day.

"I've hunted with Harry twice now personally and with two groups of friends, with Harry as my guide. He's an excellent judge of animals as well as an awesome person to be around. He truly cares about what you get out of your hunt as his client. Really fun to hunt with both as a hunter and an observer. "What an unforgettable experience! I spent four days hunting Chamois on New Zealand's South Island with Harry, and it was nothing short of amazing. The country was breath-taking, the hunting was world class, and Harry was an absolute legend to hunt with.
